Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our analytics team. You will play a vital role in transforming complex datasets into clear, concise reports that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Reporting: Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards, charts, and reports using tools like Excel or Tableau.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and operations teams to identify data needs and answer key business questions.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of data collection processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
