Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to translate data into business strategies.
- Update and maintain existing database structures and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and formulas).
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
