Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to senior IT staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and obtain IT certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not mandatory if you are eager to learn.
