Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system deployments
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational basis)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied environments
- Valid driver’s license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to completing 6-week paid training program
