Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal clients and external stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain optimal IT system performance.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new devices and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
