Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for employees via phone, email, and remote access.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal network performance.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior IT experience required; training is provided.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
