Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and network infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to master new technologies (AWS, Azure, Cisco)
- Conduct hardware/software audits and implement preventative maintenance plans
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and patch management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through structured training
- Basic familiarity with computer hardware/software (we provide full training)
