Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced diagnostic procedures and solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on basic system usage and security best practices.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior IT experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
