Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and incidents in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn advanced technical skills.
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
Qualifications
- A strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English (Grade C/4 or above preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Windows and Office Suite is a plus).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for training.
- Willingness to undergo a paid 12-week training program.
