Responsibilities
- Complete intensive technical training in networking, security, and cloud platforms
- Provide Tier 1-2 IT support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Document all technical procedures and solutions using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incident response
- Develop client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Valid driver's license (required for client site visits)
