Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systemsDocument IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles

- Assist with network monitoring and basic system maintenance
- Complete certification milestones during training period
