Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA research labs
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 50+ next-gen technology filings
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior talent in emerging tech foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Harvard/MIT/Stanford or equivalent advanced degree required
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting innovations
