Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (Web4, AGI, decentralized networks)
- Establish innovation KPIs and measure ROI on futuristic solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align R&D with long-term corporate strategy
- Mentor junior innovators through quarterly 'Future Tech' workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching market-disrupting products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Strong patent portfolio (minimum 3 granted innovations)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI development, and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
