Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various departments.
- Onboarding Excellence: Design and implement engaging onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and integrated into the company culture.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide HR events, such as wellness workshops, team-building activities, and recognition ceremonies.
- Benefits Administration: Support the benefits team by assisting with open enrollment periods and answering employee questions regarding healthcare and payroll.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in a support role).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management abilities to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Integrity: A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.
