Responsibilities
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and culture fit.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system (Workday/SAP).
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job descriptions to conducting initial phone screens.
- Coordinate internal training sessions, company events, and team-building activities to boost morale.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration under the guidance of senior HR staff.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related questions.
- Conduct market research to help shape our compensation and benefits strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is a plus.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
