What You Will Do:
- Assist with Recruitment: Support the full-cycle hiring process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, equipment, and training materials are prepared.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
- HR Administration: Answer general HR inquiries, process payroll data, and assist with performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software (SAP, Workday, or similar) is preferred.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in learning and growing within the HR field.

Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with job posting management and candidate communication.
- Assist in the preparation of new hire packets and orientation schedules.
- Maintain digital and physical employee files to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct research to assist with market analysis and compensation planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping data verification.
- Plan and execute employee recognition programs and HR events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Must be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evening or weekend events.
