Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing staff.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases using our HRIS system.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
- Support the HR team with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave requests.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and company culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
