Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing offer logistics
- Assist with onboarding processes: preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and maintaining HRIS records
- Manage employee relations inquiries: serve as first point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations: maintain accurate personnel files and documentation
- Coordinate HR initiatives: assist with benefits administration, performance reviews, and training programs
- Analyze HR metrics: track recruitment KPIs, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction trends
- Support HR projects: assist with policy updates, process improvements, and special initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities: verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements (EEOC, FMLA, ADA)
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
