Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Onboard new hires and manage employee records in HRIS platforms
- Assist with employee relations matters and resolve workplace inquiries
- Administer benefits programs and enrollment processes
- Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with EEO and labor laws
- Coordinate training sessions and development workshops
- Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal/state employment regulations
