Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Onboard new hires through orientation programs and document management
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace concerns
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate HRIS data entry and reporting for analytics
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
