Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation schedules and paperwork.
- Answer HR-related inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration support.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced office environment.
