Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and orientation materials are distributed.
- Maintain and update employee files and HRIS databases with high attention to detail and strict confidentiality.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment periods, answering employee questions, and processing enrollment forms.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist in planning company-wide events and meetings.
- Process payroll support tasks and help resolve employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and timekeeping.
- Prepare HR reports, memos, and correspondence as requested by HR leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience in a clerical or administrative role).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in organizational development and employee relations.
