  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, providing a welcoming experience for all applicants.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including open enrollment and answering general benefits questions.
  • Assist in planning and organizing HR events, such as team-building activities and employee appreciation days.
  • Process HR paperwork, such as time-off requests, leave of absence forms, and tax documentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws is preferred but not required.
