As an Entry Level HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily HR operations, from onboarding new talent to maintaining our employee database. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure our workplace culture remains positive and compliant with all regulations.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation schedules, and equipment setup.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for open positions, communicating with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee questions regarding health insurance, 401(k), and leave policies.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates.
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events.
- Research industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with HR concepts, employment laws, and basic labor regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
