Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system, including personnel files, payroll data, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying data accuracy, and resolving discrepancies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, open enrollment, and answering inquiries regarding health, dental, and retirement plans.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and regular training sessions to foster company culture and compliance.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support compliance efforts by staying current on labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday) is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
