The Role
As the HR Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, recruitment support, and administrative HR functions. You will ensure our onboarding processes are seamless and that our employee records are maintained with the highest accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system (Workday/BambooHR).
- Assist with payroll processing and resolve timekeeping inquiries.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, leave requests, and company culture.
- Coordinate HR events, orientation sessions, and training workshops.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and FMLA/ADA regulations.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
