Your Role
As the HR Coordinator, you will handle a variety of essential HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and equipment setup, as well as managing exit interviews and offboarding processes.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with accurate employee data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and coordinating job fairs.
- Benefits Administration: Support open enrollment periods, answer employee questions regarding health benefits, and process enrollment changes.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure the organization adheres to federal and state labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Interpersonal: Ability to build relationships with staff at all levels of the organization.
