Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Support HRIS data management and reporting for workforce analytics
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives including training programs and performance management
- Assist with HR policy implementation and workplace safety compliance
- Manage employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and talent development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR coordination or generalist experience
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong knowledge of Alaska labor laws and HR compliance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
