Your Key Responsibilities
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining our HR operations:
- Manage daily HR operations, including answering employee inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Coordinate the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and HRIS data maintenance.
- Support recruitment initiatives, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Organize and maintain accurate employee personnel files and records.
- Conduct new hire orientations and deliver HR-related training sessions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative support role.
- Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
