Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, open enrollment, and wellness initiatives
- Oversee HRIS data integrity and generate insightful workforce analytics for leadership
- Coordinate employee relations activities including conflict resolution and performance management support
- Ensure strict compliance with federal/state labor laws and company HR policies
- Develop and implement engaging HR initiatives that boost retention and company culture
- Manage HR documentation including personnel files, I-9s, and HR-related correspondence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive HR coordination experience with demonstrated talent acquisition expertise
- PHR/SPHR certification or actively pursuing HR credentials preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR experience highly valued)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and EEO compliance requirements
- Proven track record of developing employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to interact at all organizational levels
