Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring paperwork is completed and orientation materials are distributed.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Assist with the payroll process, including time tracking verification and troubleshooting discrepancies.
