In this role, you will support our HR department with essential daily operations, including candidate screening, onboarding new employees, and maintaining our HRIS systems. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for candidates with a strong work ethic but limited experience.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job ads on various platforms and screen incoming resumes to identify top talent.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews for hiring managers and coordinate the interview process for candidates.
- Onboarding: Welcome new hires by preparing orientation packets, setting up workstations, and conducting initial training sessions.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in our HR software and assist with data entry tasks.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to local and federal employment laws.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional HR experience required; internship or customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic about learning, detail-oriented, and reliable.
