Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and IT setup.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and answering employee questions.
- Coordinate HR-related meetings, events, and orientations.
- Support the HR team with payroll processing and compliance audits.
- Conduct new hire check-ins to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Handle incoming employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
