Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues
- Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate training programs and professional development activities for staff
- Manage HRIS data entry, reporting, and system maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and talent retention strategies
- Participate in HR projects focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn HR software systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
