Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, equipment, and IT setup are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with employee relations by conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies.
- Maintain and update HRIS records (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment periods, and employee wellness programs.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports and analytics to leadership to support decision-making.
- Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying time-off and compensation data.
- Partner with management to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of verifiable experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or administrative role.
- Experience with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Greenhouse) is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, specifically within California.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
