Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration.
- Administer benefits programs, answer employee inquiries regarding payroll and insurance, and resolve basic HR issues.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as policy updates, offer letters, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
