Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate feedback.
- Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Administer and maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the HR team with payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and answering general HR inquiries.
- Coordinate company-wide events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or Administrative role.
- Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
