Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping verification, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR services.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies.
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and managing job postings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
