Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, payroll processing, and answering employee inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Organize and host company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Process employment verifications and handle confidential HR documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative support role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or ADP) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Colorado.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
