Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition.
- Oversee employee relations, handling inquiries and resolving conflicts with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, compliance documentation, and answering policy questions.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and screening candidates.
- Process payroll data and review timekeeping records for accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute HR policies, handbooks, and employment contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative support.
- Strong working knowledge of California labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
