Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding top talent
- Administer HRIS systems with precision and maintain accurate employee records
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives including engagement programs and conflict resolution
- Support benefits administration and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Assist in HR projects including policy updates and process improvements
- Manage HR documentation including employment verifications and file maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of HR coordination or administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- SHRM-CP certification or willingness to obtain
