Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes, ensuring all compliance paperwork is filed accurately.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations regarding equipment safety training and compliance.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, safety workshops, and equipment certification programs for field personnel.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support the recruitment process by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks for technical and administrative roles.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience in an HR coordination or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of employment laws, OSHA standards, and compliance standards in Pennsylvania and the US.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
