Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure seamless new employee integration
- Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance for employee records and documentation
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Handle benefits administration support and employee inquiries
- Assist with compliance documentation and HR policy updates
- Support HR analytics reporting and workforce planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities with professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and collaborative team player
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional travel to satellite offices
