Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Onboard new hires and maintain HRIS records
- Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Coordinate training programs and compliance documentation
- Manage employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
- Assist with performance review cycles and compensation analysis
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain employee data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of federal/state employment regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
