- Assist in administering benefits programs and employee wellness initiatives
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development workshops
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations (FLSA, EEOC)
- Handle employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR knowledge a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
