Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files in compliance with state/federal regulations
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development
- Process payroll and benefits documentation with precision
- Assist with HR analytics reporting and data management
- Support workplace safety programs and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license required for occasional off-site recruitment events
