Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing contracts, setting up IT access, and conducting orientation sessions. Manage exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, including electronic HR records and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies and local laws.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with questions regarding health insurance, 401(k) plans, and other voluntary benefits. Support open enrollment periods and process benefit changes.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to verify timekeeping data, prepare necessary documentation, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, assisting in resolving minor workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment.
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules, screen candidates via phone, and assist in posting job openings on various job boards and internal platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification: SHRM-CP, PHR, or HRCI certification is a strong plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role or generalist position.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
