Responsibilities
- Recruiting Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Onboarding: Manage the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and new employees feel welcomed.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update personnel files and records in our HRIS system (e.g., BambooHR) to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
- HR Operations: Answer general HR inquiries from employees via phone or email with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with the enrollment and renewal of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and 401(k).
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and company policies to ensure a fair and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with equivalent experience and a strong passion for HR are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity: High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.
