Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including orientation and training.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and 401(k).
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist in recruiting and staffing activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) or ATS systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
