About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our human resources department. You will support a wide range of HR functions, ensuring our employees feel valued and supported from day one.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs on various platforms and screening incoming resumes.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system with strict adherence to confidentiality policies.
- Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment periods, and annual performance reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and time-off requests.
- Support compliance efforts by preparing reports and assisting with internal audits.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related events and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
